Data Storage and Access: - User conversation history is stored on Rupa.AI servers and databases and is only accessed by other parties if necessary for service provision or required by law. - Conversation history data is stored for 7 days and is deleted periodically or upon user request. - Uploaded photos are used only to create that user's photo results. They are processed by third-party AI model and storage providers, including providers outside Indonesia. - Original uploaded photos are deleted after the results are delivered. For company team photos (Corporate Headshot), employee selfies and working files are deleted once the company has received the final files. - Users can ask for earlier deletion of their photos and data by emailing hello@rupa.ai.
