These rules apply to all Rupa.AI products and services, including photo products and Aruna AI Chatbot, whether through websites, applications, or other platforms.

You are only allowed to upload photos of YOURSELF that you have copyright to. You are not allowed to upload photos of others, photos containing individuals under 18 years of age, or photos without copyright. You are also not allowed to upload nude or pornographic photos. We are not responsible for Rupa.AI photo results that may be painful or make you uncomfortable.

To ensure your privacy and security, ALL photos you upload will be PERMANENTLY DELETED within 24 hours after the AI model creation process is complete. Models trained with your photos will also be PERMANENTLY DELETED after 7x24 hours if there are no Rupa.AI product orders after receiving your first order. Your AI photo rendering results are available for 30 days after rendering for your convenience.

The use of Aruna AI Chatbot is subject to the following rules: Data Collection and Usage 1. Types of Data Collected: - Name - Email address - Phone number - Conversation history 2. Purpose of Data Collection: - Improve service and personalize user experience. - Provide relevant support and information to users. 3. Data Storage and Access: - User conversation history is stored on Rupa.AI servers and databases and is only accessed by other parties if necessary for service provision or required by law. - Conversation history data is stored for 7 days and is deleted periodically or upon user request.

We implement various security measures to protect your personal data, including data encryption and secure server usage.

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless necessary for service provision or required by law.

Rupa.AI is not liable or responsible to any person or organization as a result of reliance on information contained in Rupa.AI sites and other sites owned by Rupa.AI. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in any event Rupa.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, reputation, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Rupa.AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from or relating to (a) Rupa.AI or this Agreement or the inability to use Rupa.AI (however arising, including our negligence), (b) statements or conduct of or transactions with members or third parties on Rupa.AI.

Every effort is made to provide accurate information. However, materials contained in Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties may change at any time through appropriate action by Rupa.AI. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on this site is current, and are not responsible for matters arising from changes in circumstances or information or other materials that may affect the accuracy or validity of information on this site.

Copyright on Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties is owned by Rupa.AI unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to permanently ban users from our site for behavior that violates our guidelines. We will be the sole judge of guideline violations and we do not offer appeals or refunds in such cases.

In the event that the User's Payment Method is declined, Rupa.AI may attempt to process the transaction again under the same conditions as the transaction made by the User, within several days after the User's first attempt to purchase their Membership. If the Payment Method is approved in such a situation, the User will receive an email confirming the successful completion of the transaction.

Rupa.AI makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, ownership, or non-infringement. Rupa.AI is also not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of its sites, applications, and properties, including but not limited to loss or damage caused by viruses that may infect your hardware, software, or data.

Your use of Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties is at your own risk. All costs arising from your use of Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties are your responsibility.

By using Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties, you agree not to do the following: - Perform actions that violate applicable laws or regulations. - Perform actions that violate the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or privacy. - Perform actions that damage or disrupt Rupa.AI systems or networks. - Disclose or disseminate confidential or personal information of others. - Use Rupa.AI for illegal or unauthorized purposes. If you do any of the above, Rupa.AI reserves the right to immediately close your account and retain your membership fee as a penalty.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or action arising from or relating to Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in South Jakarta. If any provision of this Agreement cannot be implemented, that provision shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the full and exclusive agreement between you and Rupa.AI regarding the use of Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements regarding the same subject matter. No modification or change to this agreement will be valid unless made in writing and signed by Rupa.AI.

Rupa.AI reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time with prior notice. Such changes or updates will be effective immediately upon announcement through the site or application. Your continued use of Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties after such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Rupa.AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to Rupa.AI sites, applications, and properties at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited usage. Such termination will not relieve you of the obligation to pay any fees owed or other obligations arising before such termination.
